What if I am not satisfied with my service or a product purchased?
We are here to service you the best we can. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within three days. We do not give cash refunds on products or services. Products may be exchanged within three days.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are available for any dollar amount. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks with proper identification, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
Can I use my cell phone in your salon?
We ask that you please respect our other customers by limiting your cell phone use. Please turn your ringer down or set to vibrate.
Can I bring my child with me while I have my hair cut?
Children are welcome, provided that they are supervised by an adult at all times.
